Shipping & Delivery


We ship worldwide using Canada Post - from Toronto, Ontario.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (Canada).

Shipping time estimates do not include order processing time.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, however certain conditions beyond our control may cause delays. Ex: statutory holidays, inclement weather, service interruptions (see Covid-19 updates).


Canada + USA shipping: $10 flat rate

Free shipping on orders $50+

Estimated shipping time: 3-10 days


International shipping (outside Canada/USA): $15 flat rate, no tracking OR tracked shipping pricing varies by region

Free shipping (international surface - no tracking) on orders $50+

Estimated shipping time: 7-35 days

If you selected a shipping option with tracking, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number. The flat rate option for Canada and USA includes tracking. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.

We advise you turn on delivery notifications where possible. Try to be home when expecting your delivery to ensure you receive it right away, avoiding theft or package reroute to your nearest post office. In the rare event a package is lost, we will do our best to help locate it, though we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen orders. We always recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking.


International Taxes and Duties

International orders, outside Canada, may be subject to taxes and duty fees. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, custom and/or other fees incurred. If applicable, these fees may need to be paid before your local Customs Authority can release your package. You may receive an email, call/text notification or tracking update advising you of any extra charges.
